The most powerful brands are built from deep strategic insight. When The Leadership Magic Group came to me, it was a new venture with just a name, a bold vision, and a mission centred around transformation in leadership. Together, we developed the brand from the ground up, shaping its voice, purpose, and visual identity through a process rooted in storytelling, symbolism, and emotional clarity.
The brand is anchored in the MAGIC framework: Mastery, Authenticity, Growth, Insight, and Clarity. Each quality is represented by a directional arrow pointing inward, symbolising the inner work of leadership. Together, the arrows form a star, capturing the idea that true leadership begins within and radiates outward with intention and impact.
Through narrative workshops and strategy sessions, recurring themes emerged – transformation, wonder, curiosity, connection, and vision. These became the foundation for a brand experience designed to feel immersive, intuitive, and alive. The result is a visual and verbal identity that invites leaders to explore, reflect, and unleash their own inner magic.
